By registering as an ally or partner, signing the pledge, or requesting volunteer information, AAVP requests that you provide the following contact information such as, but not limited to, your address, first name, last name, email address, and phone number. AAVP collects such data about you and may add it to or combine such information with prior data already collected. As such, we use data to operate on our platforms, send you updates about our organization, and solicit your participation in upcoming events, initiatives, and related activities as well as to confirm your attendance at prior and upcoming events for our organization and our partners. Furthermore, AAVP may contact you via the email address and or call or text the phone number(s) provided for upcoming events, programming, and initiatives.

When processing payment for contributions, tickets, and or donations, we may also ask for your credit card information. In the cases of the payment information provided to AAVP, such data will be used exclusively for the processing of your purchase or contribution and will not be added to, saved, or disclosed by our organization nor by any other group or persons.
